Setting up a new E-mail for WordPress
- Login to your WordPress account.
- Then click on the Bluehost button that has a rectangle and three quadrants (see below).
- That will bring up the CPanel – (Control panel) used by Blue Host.

4. Next, click on Hosting, then the
screen will scroll down to the Hosting Section

5. From there, click on Manage (in the Email section).

6. That’ll bring you to Set Up New Email Account (see below)

7. Enter the email name you’d like to use for your domain. Your domain name will be in there by default. For example, if you wanted your email name to be bloggingSEO101. You’d enter bloggingSEO101 and your new e-mail address would be bloggingSEO101@yourdomain.com (with the name of your domain).
You still need to enter a password and then confirm the password a second time so that you verify it’s been typed in correctly. Make sure to follow the format used for your password (see above).
- You can decide to setup a default webmail client or select: “I want to choose later.” The three choices to select from are: Horde, Roundcube, and Squirrelmail (this is the one that I use and it’s free).
- You might have to change the size of the mailbox storage to 100 MB if you’re using the Basic Plan.
8. Lastly, to finish click on the Create button.
Set up e-mail forwarding
If you want to set up e-mail forwarding so that your e-mails are automatically forward to you from your domain, this is a handy feature. That way you don’t have to be checking your emails in two different places (unless that’s your preference). If you don’t set up a forwarding e-mail address your emails have no place to go except to stay on your website.
