- Rock Spock Scissors Lizard Paper – for the first time we hear about Sheldon’s new game called Rock, Spock, Scissors, Lizard, Paper. I bet he had to practice this one over and over before they were ready to roll for this take.
- Sheldon’s explanation of his favorite spot. It’s a detailed explanation as to why he has the perfect spot when Penny asks him why it’s his spot.
- CBS The Big Bang Theory is at long last beaming up Leonard Nimoy. Sources confirm to TVLine exclusively that the Star Trek icon will fulfill Sheldon’s (Jim Parsons) lifelong dream when… Fans of Big Bang know that Sheldon is a big Trekkie fan (much like myself). Sheldon was so excited that he got Leonard Nimoy’s DNA on a napkin that he didn’t know what to give an exchange for such a lovely gift.
- The flashback episode in which how Leonard tells Penny that he and Sheldon first met and we’re introduced to the famous roommate agreement that Sheldon craves to write. In addition, there’s also an explanation as to why the elevator is always out of order and Sheldon saves the life of Leonard.
- Sheldon doesn’t know it yet, but his friends have him signed up for a blind date with Amy Farrah Fowler. My wife tells me that the gig was just supposed to be a bit part, but that she (Mayim Bialik) did so well that they kept her as a main character and the rest is Big Bang history. It’s funny because at the end of the date, his friends look at one another and say what have we done? when they found there’s someone out there like Sheldon.
- The episode where all of the characters dress up as their favorite superheroes and they form their own Justice League. One of the best things to watch in this episode is a dream that Sheldon has as the Flash.
- Penny falls down in the tub that’s lined with ducks and needs to go to the hospital. After she falls down in the tub and Sheldon helps her get dressed there’s an embarrassing moment between Sheldon and Penny. But the best scene is when they get home and Penny now asks Sheldon to sing to her the Soft Kitty song.
- The guys get dressed up as their favorite Star Trek Next Generation character and they are abandoned on their way to the Comic-Con Convention.
- Stan Lee the creator of Marvel comics makes a guest appearance on the show.
- Unlike my wife, I don’t know the show religiously. There are at least two dream sequences of Sheldon being the Flash. One is speeding off and back to the Grand Canyon and the other is him knocking on Penny’s door 30,000 times.
Author’s Note: I am still trying to figure out an easy way to add images into the text and keep the numbered structure intact. For some reason, when I add an image, the numbered structure disappears for the remainder of the text. It’ll come with time and practice. I just wish WordPress was as easy to use as Microsoft Word.
