Update as of 10/13/21: When I wrote this post I was paying more attention to the headlines and not enough attention to Search Engine Optimization. I knew a little about SEO thanks to using the Yoast SEO Premium plug-in. I wasn’t pouring my heart into optimizing my SEO and it’s very hard within the Yoast SEO plug-in to optimize your post.
Thankfully the same cannot be said with the Rank Math Pro SEO plug-in. Since I switched to the Rank Math SEO plug-in my website’s traffic has soared to nearly more than 500 pageviews per day. It was very long ago that I was happy if I reached at least 20 pageviews per day. What I am trying to say is that investing your time and money into improving your SEO is one of the best rewards for growing your website.

If one of your primary goals is to get more traffic for your website, please check out these two posts:

Reasons why Rank Math SEO is better than Yoast SEO? – In this post, I’ll discuss the three principal reasons why Rank Math SEO is better than Yoast SEO

Your headlines can be optimized straight from within your WordPress platform.
Did you know that 36% of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts think the headline is the most important SEO element?
Yet many website owners don’t know how to optimize their headlines for SEO and don’t take the necessary extra few minutes that it takes to optimize a headline. Look at the bottom of this post to see how I raised the score of this headline from 63 to 85.
Instead of waiting to get disappointing results there’s an easier way with the use of this plug-in.
As I mentioned earlier, with MonsterInsights Headline Analyzer, you get targeted suggestions to improve your headlines, right from within the WordPress editor.
Simply click on the headline analyzer option in the top right corner and it will rate your headline on a scale of 1 to 100 and it provides suggestions. You can improve its score and make it more enticing. Most of the time it simply takes one or two extra words within the headline title to raise the scale of your score.
With this plug-in you’re getting two for the price of one. Not only are you getting a great analytical tool to look at how well your posts are doing, but you’ll also have access to the aforementioned Headline Analyzer to bring more traffic to your blog.
For example, in this blog post, I’m providing you with the suggested titles I had contemplated and their scores.
Have You Ever Wished That There Was An Easy Way To Write Headlines That Could Easily Get More Clicks And Attract Tons Of Visitors? 63
If you’ve ever wished that there was an easy way to write headlines that could easily get more clicks and attract tons of visitors? Now you have it! 76 (Improved by 13 points)
Announcing a Sensational Way To Write Headlines And Get More Traffic” – 85 (improved by 22 points from the original suggested title)!
There’s a fine line between the score for the heading and your SEO. Overall, I’ll choose the SEO score over the heading score. Because the SEO score is a better predictability that you’ll get traffic based on how you’ve used existing keywords throughout your post.
