The goal of PinArtwork SEO is to provide people with information that may not have already been covered and to present it in a different format so that visitors can grow their blog, start a blog of their own, begin to monetize their Blog, improve their Search Engine Optimization (SEO), or work on growing their Pinterest followers.

For the most part, on PinArtwork SEO I like to stay within the confines of my niche (Pinterest) for guest posts; however, I’m open to inviting bloggers that would like to write about a specific topic outside of my niche that my readers would enjoy. After all, in addition to being a Blogger, I’m also a Content Creator for Pinterest. If you’re not comfortable with creating Pinterest pins for your post let me know and I’ll gladly provide the Pinterest pins for you. It’s a win-win situation because we’ll both end up getting traffic.
PinArtwork SEO accepts guest posts. Here are some suggested topics that I’ll easily accept:
- Branding tips
- Social media marketing tips
- Blogging tips
- Content Marketing tips
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tips
- Pinterest Marketing tips
- Pinterest DIY Graphic Design
- Tailwind Tips
- How to Grow a Blog
- How to Start a Blog
- How to Monetize a Blog
- How to Grow Pinterest Followers
- Star Trek article – one of my most popular posts is Star Trek, it’s over 13,000 Social Shares so I’ll tie Star Trek articles to my popular post.
Table of Contents
Standard Guidelines for submission:
- Send at least 3 – 5 blog topics for consideration by email to pinartwork@pinartwork.com. I will review the blog topic list and let you know which topic looks the best. Please indicate in the email if you are going to be providing an image to use or if you’d like me to create a Pinterest image(s) for you.
Be sure to provide a link to your website (in your e-mail – which will get added to the bio – or elsewhere if bio not provided). - The “preferred” length of your articles is between 800 – 2000. The articles must be original and unique, and not published anywhere else. I’ll gladly take articles longer than 2,000 words and tip my hat off to you if that’s your norm.
- All images provided must be your own photos or screenshots or stock images that you have purchased and have permission to use. Due to copyright concerns, please indicate (in the e-mail of image provided, the source of your image, i.e., Canva, PicMonkey, etc.).
- You may include one link to your blog or website. I recommend that you provide an author bio that will be added to the end of the post.
- Send your guest post as a Word doc attachment and include your images within the document or e-mail them separately to pinartwork@pinartwork.com – Subject: guest post for PinArtwork SEO
- No affiliate links or links to your own or client’s websites are permitted in the body of the post. However, I reserve the right to add my own affiliate links in the post.
- All quotes or factual statements must be supported by inline links to references or authoritative sites that support those statements.
- Please edit (with Grammarly) for correct grammar and spelling. Any articles that do not meet our standard will be rejected.
Your article will NOT be published if:
- You include a link to casino, gambling, or obscene websites.
- You try to pass off plagiarized content as your own.
- You send repeated “reminders” asking when your article will be published.
- You berate me for not publishing your article.
- You write disrespectful emails – I will ignore your mail and block you.
If you do any of the things above, I will block your email and not respond to requests for publication again.
Benefits of Publishing on PinArtwork SEO
I take a great deal of trouble with each and every post and I’ll do the same for yours. Here are the benefits of publishing with me:
- I will create a Pinterest image for your sponsored post (if you indicate that an image is not being provided).
- I usually make an average of 10 pins for each post. The better your post, the more likelihood that I’ll be making more pins for the post.
- There are more than 1,400 Pinterest followers following my Pinterest account. So you have a fairly good chance of getting your pins seen in Pinterest home feeds.
1. Why should you Guest Post for my Blog?
I have a smaller blog, and my blog has only been around for close to two years. I don’t have staggering numbers. My new Pinterest account has more than 1,400 and my #1 social post has more than 13,000 social shares.
For your information, here’s a graph from June 2020 to January 2021 with my monthly blogging stats. The spike in November is from a program called Xtraffic which after trying I wouldn’t recommend. It does a good job of building traffic and that’s where it stops. You’ll get tremendous traffic, a high bounce rate, and lots of what I’m guessing visits from their bots to hit your site and leave that average 20 – 30 seconds.
If you look at the Front Page of my website (https://PinArtwork.com) you can see at the top (or in the sidebar) my Popular posts and every once in a while I go and update the stats to reflect the current total social shares. All but two of the top 10 popular posts have more than 1K social shares and the last two are nearly there.
2. Acceptable Topics
Part of my criteria for the topics I highlighted at the top of this post, is to build relationships in the blogging community and to get to know fellow bloggers.
As I mentioned before, I’m open to topics outside of my niche.
Here’s the range of topics that I easily consider:
- Branding tips
- Social media marketing tips
- Blogging tips
- Content Marketing tips
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tips
- Pinterest Marketing tips
- Pinterest DIY Graphic Design
- Tailwind Tips
- How to Grow a Blog
- How to Start a Blog
- How to Monetize a Blog
- How to Grow Pinterest Followers
- Star Trek article – one of my most popular posts is Star Trek, it’s nearly 1,000 Social Shares so I’ll tie Star Trek articles to my popular post.
NOTE: Your content needs to be unique and not published elsewhere.
3. Approaching Me
If you are thinking about writing a guest post, please follow the Standard Guidelines for submission:
- Send me at least 3 – 5 blog topics for consideration to pinartwork@pinartwork.com. I’ll review the blog topic list and let you know which topic looks the best. Please indicate in the email if you are going to be providing an image to use or if you’d like me to create a Pinterest image(s) for you.
Also, be sure to provide a link to your website (added to the bio – or elsewhere if bio not provided). - The preferred length of your articles is between 800 – 2000 words.
- Send your guest post as a Word doc attachment and attach your images separately by emailing the pin (or jpg) to pinartwork@pinartwork.com – Subject: image for guest post.
Any articles that do not meet my standard will be rejected.
4. Word Length of Guest Posts
Just to let you know, I won’t be a stickler for the number of words that are in your post.
How long should the post be? 800 – 2,000 words
Do you need to stick to a set minimum or maximum number of words? No, but it’s “preferred”.
5. Backlinks to the Contributor’s Blog
Will you allow the guest to add relevant links to their blog within the post? One link.
I’ll add at least one backlink in your bio. If you have a Pinterest board that pertains to any of the acceptable topics listed above (#2) go ahead and add your Pinterest URL link to your board. And I’ll be sure to add a link to your Pinterest.
6. Use of Follow or Nofollow Links
Providing that you are contributing writing a blog post for free, it’ll be setup as a “Follow” link to allow spiders to follow backlinks to “your” blog.
7. Affiliate Links in the Guest Post
Your affiliate links are not allowed in a guest post; however, I reserve the right to add my own affiliate links in the post.
8. Formatting the Guest Post
Don’t worry about the formatting of your post. I might make some slight modifications to the formatting such as: paragraph length, headings, bullet points, etc. I’m concerned with the readability of the posts, so that’s why I might make some changes.
9. SEO
Please let me know if there’s keyword phrase that you would like me to use to optimize the post for search engines. I always try to use a keyword phrase for every post. If the keyword phrase is not provided by you, I’ll use Rank Math SEO to look up the best suggested keyword phrase. I spend quality time to ensure that when I write posts that they’re optimized for keywords and I’ll treat your guest post in the same fashion so that it brings traffic to the website.
10. Images in the Guest Post
If you provide any images, make sure that I have your permission from the original source to use them! For instance, if you have a stock photo membership, you can use them on your blog, but I may not have permission to use them on mine.
11. Social Media Graphics
Who will make the images to share the post on social media? As a norm, I like to place at least two pins in every post.
The question of who will make the images to share the post on social media is particularly important.
Be sure to let me know if you would like me to create a Pinterest image(s) or if you’ll be providing an image or images.
If your blog makes really great graphics, I’ll be asking you to provide the image(s).
Things to know:
Pinterest lets people upload any image and point it to any URL. Which means I’d be able to create my own pins and add them to the post, and you can create your own, as well, to upload straight to Pinterest.
This way the post has pins in my style to share, and you can share pins to the guest post in your style.
12. Editing the Guest Post
I reserve the right to edit or modify your post. I can’t guarantee that I’ll publish your post exactly the way that it was submitted. I want to be clear again, that I am reserving the right to lightly edit or modify it.
For example, I’ll fix any spelling or grammatical mistakes.
13. Promoting the Guest Post
Once the post has been published, I’ll notify you that it’s been published with the name and URL of the post so that you can link the post to your blog, and you can promote it via e-mail or other social media that you have.
We’ll both want to ensure that the guest post does well, so it’s necessary to know how each person will promote it.
Conclusion
I look forward to working with you and invite you to submit your guest posts. Have a nice day.
